To leverage is usually to use something to maximum advantage.

Leverage通常是利用某物使其发挥最大的优势。

solid evidence 实锤

jump to conclusions 妄下结论

Those are just claims. So far there is no solid evidence to prove it. 

这些只是声称。到目前为止还没有确凿的证据来证明这一点。

It's not right to jump to conclusions without solid evidence.
