wavy 波浪型的

wav是波浪的意思，wavy就是形容词形式表示波浪形的意思，比如 a long wavy hair 就是指的长发波浪卷。

I'm thinking of getting a long wavy hairstyle. 

我正在考虑做一个长波浪发型。

It’s super short on the sides—almost down to his skin—with a blunt-cut wavy mop on top.

两边的头发剃得特别短，几乎是全部剃光了，头顶烫着一个粗糙的大波浪。

hair transplant 植发手术

trans是转移变化的意思, plant是种植, 所以transplant移植的意思， hair transplant也就是植发，头发移植手术。 

While he's never admitted it, many people believe that Elon Musk had hair transplants.

虽然他从未承认过，但很多人相信埃隆·马斯克做过头发移植手术。

He was unhappy with his hair and admittedly got a hair transplant. 

他对自己的头发不满意，所以接受了头发移植手术。

aspire 渴望，向往

aspire一般跟介词to连用。aspire to do something 表示渴望向往做某事。

direct one's hopes or ambitions towards achieving something.

This is the man who aspires to save our planet and get us a new one to inhabit.

他是一个渴望拯救星球，让人类有一个全新栖身之所的人。

When I was young, I would aspire to be a famous actress.

当我年轻的时候，我立志成为一名著名的女演员。
