尤其指的是庆祝某一特定事件、成就或纪念日的场合，还有宗教的庆典活动，比如 graduation ceremony，毕业典礼，a wedding ceremony 婚礼。那么开幕式， opening ceremony；对应的闭幕式，就是 closing ceremony.
