Tom is a former military officer, and is a recognized pioneer in military and government digital reform. The data from his research, combined with his military search and rescue experience, led to the creation of DroneUp.  Since starting DroneUp in 2016, the company has continued to innovate and expand it’s portfolio of drone service operations, to where today it is a complete drone services provider.
