Dr. Berg talks about mixed body type and what to do. The endocrine glands are on a chain and are connected, all the glands make up the endocrine system. The most important thing is to the basics by doing the Ketogenic Diet plan and intermittent fasting and then after two weeks, you could tell about starting with your most likely body type.
