The best way to mess up your metabolism is to go on and off of the program over and over. This confuses your metabolism. Your metabolism is living and dynamic, and it adapts to the foods you eat. When you’re not consistent with keto and intermittent fasting, this can cause problems. 


What you could do:

1. Healthy keto

 • Keep the protein at a moderate amount (3-8oz.).

 • The slower the metabolism, the lower you need to reduce your carbs. You may need to bring it down to 10g per day. 

 • Lower the fat to no less than 75g. 

2. Fast longer 

3. Sleep 

4. Exercise 

5. Reduce stress
