Dr. Berg explains a natural way to dissolve plaque and tartar in your teeth. This is an alternative to going to the dentist and having the dental tartar (and plaque) scrapped off. These three ingredients can help.

1. Tea tree oil (4 drops)

2. Xylitol (1 teaspoon)

3. Coconut oil (3 tablespoons)

Mix, and use 1 teaspoon per day holding in your mouth for 10 minutes, then rinse. Do this daily until the plaque is gone. Repeat periodically.
