DHA is the most important one getting the active form of omega 3 especially for countering depression because of how it affects the mood.

Best Source of DHA: Fatty fish, cod liver oil, eggs, organ meats, and algae.

ALA is mainly in plants and a precursor to DHA.

2. Low B12

Best Source of B12: Animal Products, Eggs, Sea Foods, Dairy

3. Low Vitamin D

Lack of vitamin D from the sun and If you are on a low cholesterol diet or taking a statin that is blocking the cholesterol you may not be able to make enough vitamin D because cholesterol is the precursor to making vitamin D.
