In this podcast, Dr. Berg talks about magnesium. It is a co-factor or a helper element involved in the activation of a certain enzymes, like the mitochondria that has to do with producing energy and it is the combination of fuel and oxygen. The sparkplug that activates the enzyme that ignites the combination of fuel and oxygen is magnesium and vitamin B1(thiamine).
