Nation-building projects, manhunt for Kirk shooter, Canadian stablecoin, and more

Prime Minister Mark Carney says it’s time to build big, and build quickly. Today he revealed a list of five “nation building” projects, including LNG production, and small nuclear reactors. We’ll look at two of those projects in a bit more detail — mines in Saskatchewan and B.C. More on the plans, the people and the pushback.
