She wished for a weapon, but not for the skill to wield it. Today, Alex (@AlexHormozi) talks about being prepared for the requirements you need to fulfill in order to reach your goal, significantly if these requirements will help you scale massively. He also shares why your inflow is probably your bottleneck and there have to be acceptable metrics that you can extrapolate off of and then work backward into the factors needed to get there.

(1:39) - When it comes to metrics if you want to be massive. You need to grow off everything, grow off organic, grow off outbound, etc. You can’t expect to reach your desired goal if you don’t do what’s required to get there

(5:03) - If you're selling a service and you want to be big, then you have to know that there's going to be a back turn that's going to occur and that's just because it’s easy in and easy out. That's how it works.

(6:53) - Most times, people have goals and are disconnected from the actions that are required to get there. If you want to scale, your inflow never stops. You need to multitask and if you're incapable of doing that, it means you're not able to manage your schedule.

(10:00) - The whole point of this is if you're not where you want to be a lot of time, it's because your inflow is your bottleneck and you haven't operationally prepared yourself for what it actually looks like to sign up a hundred people. Alex shares some math with us to show either you switch your goal or your head.

(15:12) - Either people need to be really clear on what they really want and make the adjustments accordingly or realize that what they’re trying to achieve is actually not their priority

(17:00) - This is how the game works: how long will it take to reach your goal and what do you need to do in order to scale massively? Now you can try and tweak it into control, but you have to understand you're not gonna have orders of magnitude improvements.
