A 10-Minute Visualization Exercise and Journal Prompts for A Successful New Year

Imagine it’s December 31, 2022. What is your vision for this year ahead? What do you wish to accomplish in this next year of your life? It could be a relationship goal, an educational goal, something personal you’re aspiring to achieve, a money and prosperity goal, or something in your career?

In this episode, I’m inviting you to reflect back on 2021 and begin to visualize your year ahead. 

I also encourage you to celebrate how you’ve evolved and transformed, and how you’ll continue to do that in this year to come.

When you have some time to sit with yourself, here’s a list of journal prompts I encourage you to explore, reflect, and project as we close the year: 

What am I celebrating as this year comes to a close?

What vision am I holding for the year ahead?

When I consider that vision what does it look like? Feel like? Sound like? 

Who is there with me? How am I nurturing myself?

How do I celebrate when I bring this vision to life in 2022?

What message is being illuminated from within your soul now?
