Balancing people over profits

Have you ever said this… 🥰 “I don’t care about the money; I just want to help people” or 🤗 “People over profits,” or even 👩‍❤️‍👩  “It’s not possible to both make a lot of money and help people.” I’ve heard this from a lot of people. I get it - of course, people are more important than profits, and we should all care about our clients, but business isn’t a zero-sum game, and we can’t use this as an excuse. So, on today’s podcast, I share how you can help a lot of people and make a lot of money - they’re not mutually exclusive.
